How We Work With Clergy & Helping Professionals
Our Five Capacities framework integrates spiritual practices alongside evidence-based approaches — not as an add-on, but as a core part of the work. For clients with a faith orientation, we draw on centering prayer, lectio divina, the Ignatian Examen, lament, sabbath practice, and other contemplative traditions as coaching tools.
We also understand that the helping professions create unique dynamics around boundaries, identity, performance, and rest that generic coaching doesn't address. Our coaches are trained to recognize and work with these patterns specifically.
